Discount advertising service is a service that supports customers in implementing advertising on all platforms that customers request. Using our experience, we will create advertising campaigns at low cost. pay those platforms in the best way (can be understood as bid).

This advertising fee is paid directly to these platforms (not to us). We will receive costs to operate this advertising service based on a % of the total costs paid to the platforms

Depending on the platform on which advertising is needed, there will be slight differences in the implementation methods, however, the basic steps are as follows: #1 - Survey customers' products and services. #2 - Survey your customer's potential customer base. #3 - Advise customers on effective advertising methods (Run messages, Run conversions, Run displays, ....). #4 -  Agree on the implementation plan and the customer advances the total running budget & advertising service fees. #5 - Internal meeting team to plan content. #6 - Draft a content plan that will run and send to customers for approval. #7 - Conduct a demo to evaluate the market and advertising visibility. #8 - Conduct a budget push 

The initial agreed product and service information will be the basis for the SACO team to initiate advertising. Customers need to understand that we always want to optimize advertising for the best results, which requires promoting many ad groups, many content groups, and many campaigns for A/B testing. From there, we can evaluate the best running method for customers

Therefore, we have full rights to customize and fully apply the above methods to evaluate and compare effectively with customers. We have full authority to notify customers about this.

We list this information because in many cases, if customers do not allow us to be flexible, it is certain that we cannot come up with the best advertising plan

There are 2 types of advertising service fees that need to be paid: #1 Advertising budget fee: This budget is fully paid by us for the platform - that is, the budget loaded into the platform to run. #2 - Advertising service fee: This service fee depends on the total budget and will be collected as a % of the total budget, or collected according to each cost level. Normally we charge 10% of the total advertising budget.

Customers please pay this service fee immediately when running ads at the beginning of each cycle. For example: Customer runs ads on the 5th of every month with a running budget of 15,000,000 VND + 1,500,000 VND service fee. Total customers need to pay is 16,500,000 VND on the 5th of every month. At the end of each cycle we will report the total budget run for that month.

Yes. Customers will be shared for tracking (if customers need)

We refund customers the total unused budget for that month when the service is suspended. We will not refund advertising service costs (% service fee)

One thing to note: Customers need to understand that the nature of this service requires creating a lot of content or campaigns to test before promoting. We have carefully surveyed the service before accepting it, and normally there will be no additional costs incurred. In cases where the customer requests to deploy more advertising items, there will be costs incurred, then we will agree and notify the customer to deploy

The advertising resources here that customers own can be understood as Fanpage or advertising account

Fanpage is essential to running Facebook ads. In many cases where a customer's Fanpage is not running effectively, we have the right to create a new fanpage to run.

Of course, this Fanpage will be owned by the customer
